We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds for simple matters of ordering a wrong size, changing your mind, or any sort of trivial matter.
The only exception to this is if there is proof the wrong item was sent or was damaged/flawed. In this case, we will happily reship you the correct item. Or, if the item is out of stock, we will refund you!
You MUST contact us within 30 days after successfully receiving the item to file for a refund if you have any complaints/concerns.
Please ask any questions you may have about an item prior to purchasing to ensure your 100% satisfaction!
Cancelling an order:
Cancelling an order is almost never possible unless it's within the first hour after purchasing, so please purchase with confidence and certainty!
We start automatically processing orders within the first 30-60 minutes here at CosplaySea. We're very efficient, and pride ourselves on that to YOUR benefit!
IF you contact us in time and we are able to cancel your order (which again, is impossible after the 1 hour mark), you will still be subject to a 20% restocking and processing fee.
We accept returning for replacement or refund within 3days after you receive the costumes, dresses, wigs or shoes. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded on condition that the item is still new and in good condition. But the shipping cost is not refundable. Please follow the tips below to process your return:
First of all, please contact our customer service, we will determine whether your merchandise can be returned for a replacement or refund according to the return policy.
If it is confirmed that the merchandise can be returned, our customer service will inform you of the return address and the following operation process.
Under normal circumstances, the shipping cost of the return is paid by the customer, and we bear the shipping cost of the replacement. Please note, if the customer returns the merchandise without negotiation, we will not bear any cost.
After receiving and checking the merchandise, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days (weekend excluded).
Please contact our customer service for the returning address and RMA number. Please note that you can only get a refund with the RMA number in the returned package. We're not responsible for your returning to the wrong address or dealing with packages without RMA number.
